Order Processing & Illustration Timeline

All Pawthentic Studios portraits are custom made.

  • Illustration typically takes 1-2 business days
  • Printing begins only after final illustrations are complete.

Printing & Shipping Timeline

Once your artwork is complete

  • Printing and framing typically take 3–5 business days
  • Orders are shipped via trusted carriers
  • Tracking information is provided once your order ships

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on location.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Select international destinations

International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders or promotions

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Estimates

Pawthentic Studios is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to resend

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package appears lost or stolen:

  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  • Notify us if you need assistance locating shipment details

We are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the damage and packaging

We will review the issue and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all products are custom made:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once illustration has begun
  • Shipping details cannot be changed after an order has shipped
