At Pawthentic Studios, every portrait is custom illustrated and created specifically for you. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom Artwork Policy
All Pawthentic Studios products are custom-made based on customer-submitted photos and selected options.
Because of this:
- All sales are final
- We do not offer refunds or returns for custom artwork once illustration has begun
This policy allows us to maintain fair pricing and dedicate focused time to each portrait we create.
Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled only before illustration has begun
- Once illustration starts, cancellations are no longer possible
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds are not issued for damaged items; replacements are provided instead.
Shipping Issues
Refunds are not issued for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Artistic Interpretation
Our illustrations are artistic interpretations, not exact replicas of photographs.
Minor variations in color, line, or detail are a natural part of the creative process and do not qualify for refunds.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Custom illustrated portraits
- Framed or unframed prints
- Additional revisions beyond those included
