Pawthentic Studios provides custom illustrated pet portraits created to order based on customer-submitted photographs. All products are made specifically for each customer and are not mass-produced.

2. Custom Orders

All Pawthentic Studios products are custom-made. Because of the personalized nature of our work:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once illustration has begun
  • We do not accept returns for custom artwork
  • Refunds are not offered except in cases of damage or error on our part

3. Photo Submissions

By uploading a photo, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the image or have permission to use it
  • The image does not violate any copyright, trademark, or privacy rights

We reserve the right to request a new photo if the submitted image does not meet our quality standards or is unsuitable for illustration.

4. Artistic Interpretation

Pawthentic Studios illustrations are artistic interpretations, not photo-realistic reproductions.

Style selection determines the overall look and feel of the final artwork. Minor variations in color, line, and detail are a natural part of the artistic process.

5. Production & Shipping

  • Illustration timelines are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods
  • Printing and shipping times are provided as estimates only
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue and packaging

We will review and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or resolution.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork created by Pawthentic Studios remains the intellectual property of Pawthentic Studios.

Customers receive a personal-use license for their portrait.

Commercial use, reproduction, resale, or modification is not permitted without written consent.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or disrupt our website
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or content
  • Use our content or designs without permission

We reserve the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.

9. Pricing & Payments

Payment must be received in full before work begins.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
