Clear, well-lit photos taken at eye level work best. Your pet’s face should be fully visible, in focus, and not heavily filtered. Natural lighting is ideal.

If a photo isn’t suitable, we’ll reach out before illustration begins.

How long does the process take?
Illustration typically takes 1-2 business days.

Once complete, printing and shipping usually take an additional 7-10 business days.

What illustration styles do you offer?
We offer a curated selection of illustrated styles, including:

Each style is designed to feel refined, timeless, and suitable for modern interiors.

Can I include more than one pet?
Yes. You can select options for multiple pets on the product page.

Each additional pet requires additional illustration time and is priced accordingly.

Are framed prints available?
Yes. Framing is optional and available at checkout.

All frames are professionally assembled and arrive ready to hang.

What materials do you use?
Our portraits are printed on museum-quality paper using archival inks for long-lasting color and detail. Frames are selected to complement a modern, understated aesthetic.
Is this a good memorial gift?

Can I cancel or return my order?
Because each portrait is custom made, all sales are final once illustration has begun.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage and packaging.

If confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement.
